What shipping service is used for deliveries?
Kuplo.com uses a variety of shipping providers. The carrier will be selected based on several factors, including the shipping destination and item weight. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers at this time. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders over $50, standard shipping is FREE to the US.
For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 to the US.
For orders shipping outside of the US, the shipping cost will vary depending on the destination country, weight and cost of the item.
Note that all items shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to duties and taxes upon arrival to the destination country.
Can I change my shipping address?
We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order has been placed. There is typically a small window of time when the order is processing where we can update the address before it ships out. Please contact Customer Service at support@Kuplo.com.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
My order says it’s shipped, but I don’t see any movement on the tracking.
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update once you receive it. If you still don’t see any information after this time, please contact support@Kuplo.com.
